Our philosophy is that quality can be tasted. We believe that one’s sense of taste can be quantified by both quality and love. Our menu evolves with the seasons and we are always experimenting with new combinations of flavours to complement our selection of signature favourites. Everything we do is for the love of pizza, and we know you will taste the difference.

Our motivation is simple – we adore pizza.

Andrew LeBlanc has spent over fifteen years working the oven and experimenting with pizza at every stage of the process and in a variety of environments. Perhaps the one thing he may love more than eating it himself, is watching a person light up as they take the first bite of a delicious and well balanced pie.
